Our Community
Lake Rancho Viejo Owners' Association is a beautiful community located just north of San Diego in Fallbrook. A secluded suburban community that will take your breath away.
Volunteer
Lake Rancho Viejo Owners Association is chaired by a homeowners' volunteer board of directors, who direct and advise Allure Total Management in the handling of the association's operations. The homeowners are elected to a two (2) year term to serve as a director for the board, officers' positions can change yearly. Any member in good standing can also volunteer in a non elected position, such as landscape/architectural or social committee. Other volunteer opportunities arise throughout the year as events occur .

Our monthly meetings start at 7 pm for homeowners, 6:00 pm is an executive session, with the exception being that member hearings are held at 6:00 pm.
